Built for what software is becoming.

Technology is changing shape. The tools worth building in the next decade will look less like fixed surfaces — buttons, forms, dashboards that do one thing — and more like systems that listen, reason, and act alongside the people using them. We build toward that: products useful the day they ship, flexible enough to stay useful as the ground keeps moving.

§ 01 — Portfolio

What we're building.

Alpha Testing

FedPulse

The funding landscape is massive, slow to navigate, and mostly irrelevant to any given team. FedPulse continuously processes that landscape and surfaces the opportunities that actually fit — so teams can spend their time pursuing funding, not searching for it.

Internal

Sylva

An internal AI supervisor with memory, tools, and enough autonomy to actually be useful. We run our own work on Sylva and keep it private — partly because it touches everything we do, partly because some tools shouldn't be productized just because they could be.

Internal · not for release
In Development

Sidekick

Youth sports runs on an enormous pile of unpaid admin — schedules, messages, forms, fee reminders, endless RSVPs. Sidekick is the AI assistant for the coaches, club directors, and parent-volunteers carrying that pile. Shorter weeknights. More time for the sport itself.

§ 02 — Approach

Four things we don't compromise on.

Earn the attention you ask for.

Most products try to win by showing more. We'd rather win by showing less, so the part that matters can actually land. Every screen, every notification, every feature has to earn its place on someone's day.

Build for people doing the work.

We design for the researcher at 10pm, the club admin on a Sunday, the operator between meetings. The bar isn't whether something demos well — it's whether it quietly changes the shape of somebody's week.

AI is a material, not a marketing line.

We use AI where it genuinely helps and leave it out where it doesn't. That means being honest when plain code does the job better, and resisting the urge to drop a model into every corner just because we can. The model isn't the point; a better outcome is.

Small, on purpose.

We're not building to scale the org. Every product is designed to be run by a small team on purpose — that's the constraint that makes the output coherent. Growth-for-its-own-sake is not on the roadmap.

§ 03 — Company

Vaelyn, briefly.

We're self-funded and lean. We make the products, drive them ourselves, and stay close to each one — because it's hard to stay relevant from a distance.
